General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and stays at Kleinhinterberger Hütten, Forst 49, 9412 St. Margarethen, Austria.
By making a booking, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Contract Conclusion
A booking can be made via the website, by e-mail or by telephone.
The accommodation contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation issued by the host.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Euro and apply per accommodation unit for the booked period.
Any additional costs such as local tourist tax, final cleaning or optional services are shown separately during the booking process.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit must be paid upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than the arrival date, as specified in the booking confirmation.
Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
30 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
14 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the total booking amount
No refund will be granted in the event of early departure.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM.
Different times are only possible by prior arrangement.
6. Stay and House Rules
Guests are required to treat the accommodation with care.
The maximum number of persons specified for each accommodation must not be exceeded.
Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
Please respect neighbours, nature and the surrounding environment.
7. Pets
Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.
Guests are liable for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
8. Liability
Guests are liable for all damages caused by themselves or their accompanying guests.
Any damages or defects must be reported immediately.
No liability is accepted for personal belongings of guests.
9. Force Majeure
Should the stay become impossible due to unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, power outages or official measures, no claim for compensation shall arise.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Austrian law shall apply.
The competent court in Austria shall have jurisdiction.
