Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, up to 50% of the booking amount may be charged.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Should the accommodation become unavailable due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, any payments already made will be refunded in full. No further claims shall arise.
