How does the booking process work?
Select your preferred travel dates directly in the calendar and complete your booking online. Once your booking has been successfully confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the important information about your stay.
How is payment made?
Payment is processed securely online during the booking process. The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Is a deposit or security deposit required?
The full rental amount is paid at the time of booking. A security deposit of €200.00 is collected upon arrival and will be settled against any additional charges at check-out.
How do I receive the keys?
You will receive all the details regarding your arrival and key handover well before your stay. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. The exact times can be found in your booking confirmation.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Bed linen and towels can be booked for €16 per person. The option is available during the booking process.
Are pets allowed?
Please refer to the individual cabin description. Whether pets are allowed is clearly stated on the respective cabin page.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly at all of our cabins.
